Return Policy

1. All products are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
3. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are accepted in cases of quality, size, color, or design mismatch, or if an item is missing, wrong, or damaged in a combo order.
2. The refund will be processed only after the returned product has been picked up and received/verified.
3. Once the pickup is completed, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the same payment method used for the transaction.
